Tin Kiri is a consultancy for mid-market food, beverage, and hospitality operators. We do brand, content, marketing, and digital, but the work isn't the point. The point is the depth of engagement.

We take on five clients at a time. We work with them over the long haul. We don't pitch. We don't onboard in two weeks. And we know how to read a P&L and dissect it the way it should be.

We understand the economics of this unforgiving industry. We understand the interplay between prime cost and margins. And we damn well know that opening a cafe, restaurant, or hotel is one thing, and running one for long enough to make back your money is another.
